Frequently Asked Question

  • Do I need to be home for my services?

No. We do not require you to be home. All we ask is that close your windows and doors on your service date and provide access to a working water spigot.

  • What time will you arrive at my home?

We will try to schedule an accurate time for arrival. Weather permitting, we will try to stay within the target window.

 

  • Do you use my water?

Yes, we typically carry water to the site and use your hose as a backup. Please let us know ahead of time if you don't have a spigot or if you have low water pressure so we can plan accordingly.

 

  • What do I need to do to prepare?

We ask that you remove all furniture, hanging baskets, door mats, pet bowls, and any water sensitive item from your front and/or back porch. Please double check that your windows are closed. We ask that you keep your pets indoors while we wash your home.

 

  • What areas do you service?

We offer powerwashing and gutter cleaning services in Clayton, Raleigh, Garner, Knightdale, Wendell, Wilson Mills, Holly Springs, Smithfield, Angier, and surrounding areas. If you have a special request for a job outside of our service area, give us a call. We do travel.
